هذي نبذة عن Usher فيها عن حياته....

درس في ثانوية North Springs في Sandy Springs / Georgia
بدأ يغني وهو ستة سنوات في كنيسة لأمه , نشأ Usher وأخيه الأصغر James في Tennesse قبل أن تنتقل عائلته إلى أطلنطا , أمه بدأت في مساعدته لإدارة وإنشاء أغانيه بعد أن تركت عملها الذي كانت فيه تشتغل دوام كامل , بعد انتقالهم إلى أطلنطا بدأ Usher في تقديم عروض في حفلات وغيرها...
وفي حفلة في عام 1992 لوحظ Usher من قبل Bryan Ried شقيق Antonio Reid والذي مشهور باخراجه أغاني الـــR&B في شركة LaFace للتسجيلات...
Bryan جهز لـــUsher فرصة لمقابلة أخيه Antonio والمخرج الشهبر...والذي في الفور أعجب بأداء Usher وعرض عليه عقد , وسجل حينها Usher ألبومه الأول Debut في عام 1994 , وكان عمره حينها 14 سنة , ومن عندها أكمل مشواره بالألبومات :
